However under water stretch and massage can be done anywhere there is a large enough hot tub/pool/or bath as long as temperatures do not exceed 102. Let me take you through a 2 hour session.
First, we would do some basic minor stretching with a little bit of cardio to get the heart rate going. Second, we would get into the hot tub. Some stretchs we will do together (You can also add a sugar scrub to this for a more aesthetic experience). Other stretches I will assist with. Third, I will perform a sports oriented Swedish massage with stretching, adjusting levels of pressure as needed and occasionally using some Lomi Lomi as needed. Also applying steam towels intermittently Fourth I like to slow the hear rate back down with a soft touch and cleaning all the oils with steam towels. (I have a shower available if needed) This is Licensed Therapeutic Massage Therapy. If getting in the Hot tub, you must bring a bathing suit as per state law.
