**Full Time Guest Services Associate \\- Harbourgate Resort & Marina by Wyndham Vacation Rentals**
The Guest Services Associate is responsible for answering all guest inquiries, complaints and requests\\.
This department is the central communication hub for the efficient operation of the property\\.
**Job Duties include but are not limited to:**
+ **Providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all; tenants, owners, and guests, prior to arrival and throughout their stay, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy\\.**
+ **Taking ownership and full responsibility for the check\\-in and check\\-out of Guest and Owners to the hotel\\. You will enhance the arrival and overall experience through superior customer service through creating positive memorable moments\\.**
+ **Answering inquiries pertaining to hotel services, registration of guests and shopping, dining, entertainment and directions\\.**
+ **Answering phones and relaying messages to guests, owners, and associates; direct telephone calls, internal and external, to proper parties\\.**
+ **Sending/receiving faxes that come in; ensuring that incoming faxes are delivered to the appropriate recipient\\(s\\)\\.**
+ **Ensuring logging and delivery of packages, mail and messages to guests and owners\\.**
+ **Entering data into computer, including posting a variety of folio charges and entering wake\\-up call requests\\.**
+ **Accurately process all cash and credit card transactions and deposits in accordance with established procedures\\.**
+ **Obtaining all necessary information when taking room reservations and following the rate quoting scenario\\.**
+ **Making pre\\-arrival informational calls to booked incoming guests, confirming and canceling reservations for guest and answering a variety of questions for guests pertaining to their reservations\\.**
+ **Preparing arrival packets in accordance with established protocols for guest arrivals\\.**
+ **Generating reports for Front Desk, Engineering, and Housekeeping as necessary\\.**
+ **Performing and completing all tasks and duties on the shift checklist in a timely and efficient manner\\.**
+ **Responsible for key control\\.**
+ **Possessing knowledge of emergency procedures and assisting as needed\\.**
+ **Performing other duties as assigned\\.**
+ Ability to multi\\-task and work in a fast paced environment
+ Excellent customer service skills
+ Education: High School diploma or equivalent required
+ Experience: Customer Services experience required, hospitality experience preferred
